Language services for trade fairs and events

With this service we provide hostesses and stewards for conventions, trade fairs, exhibitions and similar events. Our hostesses and stewards are qualified and experienced professionals who also have foreign language skills, providing linguistic assistance although not on a formal interpreting basis.

The principal duties of our hostesses and stewards are to welcome visitors and help them find what they’re looking for at the fair, convention etc. Other duties may vary depending on the type of event. As an example, hostesses and stewards assigned to conference duties have the job of welcoming guests, registering their attendance and providing them with assistance when required. They may also be required to show conference participants around, or to accompany them on their transfers between hotel and conference centre.

Hostesses and stewards working at trade fairs provide language assistance to exhibitors, explaining the products on display and distributing presentation materials. At exhibitions, hostesses and stewards are generally charged with keeping an eye on the works on display.
