Our Project Managers select the language expert most suited to your company’s requirements, depending on the destination country and the languages spoken. This high-level language assistance is essentially provided by interpreters.
Interpreters require a knowledge of the cultures and customs as well as languages. In some countries – Japan, for example – it’s vitally important to know and observe the accepted codes of conduct, and this equally applies in work meetings. To provide added assistance, the interpreter also needs knowledge of economics and business.
In the principal language combinations, this service can also be provided by our Project Managers who already know the company. For other languages, we often have to enlist the support of external interpreters with a long working relationship with us. These interpreters are contractually bound to the strictest codes of professional and ethical conduct, including confidentiality.
