Traduco offers language evaluation tests (in person or over the phone) for your employees and candidates for a position in your company.
For a basic telephone evaluation of spoken language skills, fluency, knowledge of the terminology specific to the sector your business operates in, our Project Managers hold degrees from the Scuola Superiore di Lingue Moderne per Interpreti e Traduttori and conduct a structured dialogue approved by language evaluation specialists. The evaluation is orally-based and can be held in person, over the phone or via Skype. No advance booking is necessary for English, French and German, although it’s advisable nevertheless. For other languages we ask you to book the service at least 24 in advance.
Traduco Srl’s language skills evaluation service can also be performed by qualified native-speaker language teachers. This service is available for English, French, German, Spanish, Russian and Chinese. Our teachers are qualified as setters and examiners for the leading language certifications and can assign an accurate language skills rating to your employee/candidate based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages. Evaluation is in the form of a conversation (in person or over the phone) followed by written tests for the other three areas of aptitude: written expression, written comprehension and oral comprehension (listening).
On request, we can test your candidate’s language skills in the business and financial areas with an examination certified by the University of Cambridge.
