COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The IT systems and software procedures provided to operate this web site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data which are implicitly transmitted when using the Internet communication protocols. However, the User may proceed to request information or a QUOTE by sending the relevant text, or part thereof, or log in to the WORK WITH US session to put themselves forward for future work with us. Such operations will involve the acquisition of various personal data by Traduco S.r.l.
More specifically, in order to request information about the services offered, it will be necessary to fill in a special CV profile with the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and company name of the reference company, if any, required to fulfil User requests. We will use such data for the sole purpose of fulfilling the User’s request. Where necessary, we shall process them for purposes relating: to contractual, tax and accounting obligations; billing history; litigation and credit protection; fulfilment of obligations under applicable laws and may be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.
With regard to the request for a QUOTE, the User must fill in the appropriate CV including the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, source and target languages, and any other specific information. This form supports the sending of texts for which the quote or part of it is requested by pasting it into the space dedicated for this or by attaching a file. We need to acquire your CONSENT to ensure that the processing in question is lawful because the texts handled by the service may contain information of any kind, including sensitive information. Article 15 Right of access by the data subject:
